Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit & Fee
1.1 A £50 deposit is required on booking confirmation.
1.2 The deposit can be paid with cash, cheque, credit/debit card (online only), Paypal, or bank transfer. 1.3 The deposit will be deducted from the final fee (due in cleared funds at the end of my performance).
2.1 Client cancellation: please note that your deposit will be retained by haha studios if you cancel my appearance at your event (exceptional circumstances considered). 2.2 Artist cancellation: if I have to cancel my appearance, I will return your deposit any other payment I have received from you. I will also endeavour to provide another artist to perform at your event.
3.1 Bookings can be made for up to one year in advance. 3.2 Bookings are considered to be confirmed once they are agreed in writing or email.
4. At the event
4.1 I normally require 20 minutes to set-up my equipment. Please arrange for/allow access to the venue. 4.2 Guests and/or patrons are asked not to tamper with my equipment or play my instruments without permission. 4.3 I reserve the right to leave an event at any time in the event of threatening or abusive behaviour by guests or patrons. 4.4 Dress Code: as appropriate for your event.
